The Castle of Sintra, popularly known as Castelo dos Mouros, is located in the village of Sintra, in the district of Lisbon, in Portugal.
Built on a rocky massif, isolated on one of the summits of the Sintra mountain range, in Extremadura, from the top of its walls there is a privileged view of all its rural surroundings that extend to the Atlantic Ocean.
