The exterior Villa Kokomo is known for its magnificent outdoor space, especially the landscaped 2-acre garden full of fruit trees. As you enter the electric gates, you’ll find a large private driveway that can hold up to 5 cars. The surrounding garden is full of vibrant colours, which is perfect for those who love to be outside with nature. At the back of the villa, you will find a huge pool with a great poolside terrace which is perfect for relaxing in the sun. There is also a terrace, leading from the kitchen, with outdoor seating, dining table and a brick-built BBQ with a preparation area. We can’t forget the private Tennis court either, which is just by the pool area.
The living areas
